An experienced North Wales wedding photographer highlights five reasons to have an engagement photoshoot: easing nerves in front of the camera, obtaining unique non-wedding images, building rapport with the photographer, including other significant people or pets, and celebrating the engagement. These shoots help create relaxed, memorable, and varied photos for couples.

Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Fi and Craig. They asked me if I could take their engagement photos at Portmeirion and of course, as always, it was going to be amazing! We met up in the early evening and went for a quick walk around the grounds of Portmeirion. By this time, all the day visitors had left so the village was serene.
