Hows this for some Welsh Wedding Inspiration!!!
Welsh wedding inspiration
Every now and then as wedding suppliers it’s great to meet up with other suppliers in our industry and flex our creative muscles a little more than we would be able to at a real life wedding.
The Start
A few months bach, I was sat surfing Instagram, when a recommended page popped up in my feed. This page was Priodas Fach Gymreig (Little Welsh Wedding). After a few messages back and forth, I got to get to know Heledd, the wedding planner and owner of the page. We met up, had a coffee and had discussed it would be great to meet up one day and organise a styled photoshoot with some of our local suppliers.
And this brings us to today.
Oh my days has Heledd managed to knock this one out of the park.

The Day
I woke up in the morning, and instantly knew we were’t going to be shooting outside. The winds were blowing at 70mph and the rain was travelling horizontally. I picked up our model for the day, Shonie, and headed to the first of our venues. Mynydd Ednyfed. Being pretty open to the elements and facing Cardigan Bay, Mynydd Ednyfed was shaken by the winds the whole time we were there. We set up shop in the conservatory where the lighting was at it’s best and got started. I met Phil who was shooting the video of the day at the door and headed inside where Heledd of Priodas Fach Gymreig, Anest of Colur Anest Parker and Ceri from Moncrieffe Salon were already at the venue with our “groom” DAJ and raring to go. We shot some photos at mynydd Ednyfed before heading over to the medieval house where we finished our day in the amazing and atmospheric venue. Sandra of Hen Dy Garden Flowers, Glesni from Geriach Glesni had already been at Penarth Mawr working their magic while we were at Mynydd Ednyfed and they did an absolutely amazing job at decorating the venue.

Thanks!
I just want to finish this blog post off by saying a huge thank you to all the suppliers who took part and made today go so smoothly but I’d especially like to thank Heledd over at Priodas Fach Gymreig who has been absolutely on point every step of the way! Without here immense organisational skills, today simply wouldn’t have happened!
