What can I say about Nia and Iolo's North Wales tipi wedding. The fact that I want to do it all over again, says it all. The day started off at Lower Mermaid in Portmeirion, Nia and her bridesmaids were there getting their hair and makeup done, after spending some of the morning at Portmeirion's Mermaid Spa. Meg of Blush Beauty Therapy (click to visit website) and Olivia O'Neill (click to visit website) were doing the makeup and hair. It was a super chilled morning and I can easily say I have never seen a bride so relaxed. Even when she thought her husband-to-be had forgotten their little ones suit trousers at home... Over 40 minutes away. On saying that, safe to say Nia was glad when we found out they were actually in the back of his car! Once the bridal prep was over we headed over to the Hercules Hall at Portmeirion where Iolo and the guests were waiting on us to arrive. I got there just before Nia and snapped a few photos of Iolo and the best man together before the bridesmaids, their youngest and, of course, the bride to walk down the aisle. After the little ones COMPLETELY stole the show mid wedding, we headed to the family's farm in Rhydyclafdy near Pwllheli. Upon getting there we were greeted by and immaculate John Deere tractor with wedding ribbons on. It. Was. Amazing. Nia and Iolo hopped on the tractor and I headed over to where a stunning tipi was set up by Tipi Magic. The inside really was magical! with beautiful lights inside the tipi looked like it was ready to hold the wedding of the century! So thats where we stayed until late into the night where everyone had an absolute blast. I just want to thank Nia and Iolo for allowing me to capture their phenomenal day and I can't WAIT to get your gallery to you guys! Until next time.
