Again, I may be a little bias, because I got married there, but I really do think that Bron Eifion is one of the most stunning venues in North Wales. Built in 1883, Bron Eifion was built as the summer residence to John Greaves, the founder of Llechwedd Slate Mines in Blaenau Ffestiniog.

As it was his summer residence, it made Bron Eifion the perfect location for a summer wedding.

The day started at Ceri's home in Blaenau Ffestiniog, where I photographed Ceri, his brother and best man Gerwyn and his family. Once I left there, I headed for Bron Eifion where Ffion and her bridal party were getting ready.

Meg from Blush Beauty Therapy was Ffion's makeup artist and Gary was Ffion's Hair Stylist.

After Ffion was ready I headed down to Bron Eifion's main function room where Ceri was waiting with the guests.

Once the ceremony was over, we headed out into the gorgeous summer weather, where plenty of drinks had been drunk and many laughs had been had.  We headed off to get our group shots and our couple shots and then went for a quick walk on the beach to get some shots there.

I'm looking forward to heading back there in November to shoot one of my oldest friend's wedding! It's going to be AMAZING!!
